About the Role
- Company specialize in security solutions / system for airport, car park and checkpoint like car plate recognition system, vehicle screening system and surveillance system.
- Hiring Sales Engineer to join our regional sales team, responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans, working in a high-performing sales team, nurturing key client relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Training provided for entry level with working experience in IT field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the security, electronics, or IT sectors.
- Technical knowledge of IT and electronics is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Create compelling sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company in overseas business meetings, product presentations, and trade exhibitions.
