Job summary

A consulting firm in engineering solutions in Singapore is seeking a Sales Professional to generate new leads and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in sales within the Refineries or Petrochemical Industry. Responsibilities include providing pre-sales and post-sales support, preparing proposals, and maintaining technical knowledge to address client concerns. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales in Refineries/Petrochemical Industry.
  • Possess own transport is an advantage.

Responsibilities


  • In charge of generating new leads

  • Responsible in providing professional services to the existing and new clients through consultative selling, cross-selling or up-selling the company’s products and/or services.

  • In charge of establishing and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients by regularly updating them with company’s new products and introducing innovative solutions

  • In charge of providing continuing pre-sales and post-sales support in managing and meeting their expectations.

  • In charge of developing and customising relevant materials and presentations that explain key product features and viable technical solutions to benefit clients and prospects.

  • In charge of maintaining a high degree of technical knowledge to effectively engage in business discussions with clients across industries, and to co-create feasible solutions to address any of their engineering concerns throughout the selling process.

  • Responsible in managing accounts effectively throughout the sales cycle

  • In charge of preparing costing, tenders, proposals and quotations to current and new clients.

  • Provide weekly report updates of sales, pipelines, leads, opportunities and sales activities


Requirements


  • Min Diploma in Engineering

  • Min 3 years of working experience in doing sales in Refineries/Petrochemical Industry

  • Possess own transport will be advantage
