Salary: $3,600 – $5,500 + Attractive Commission + Allowances

Location: Redhill

Working Hour: 9am - 6pm, Mon- Fri

About the Role

Are you an Architect or Engineer with a passion for digital transformation?

We are looking for a Sales Engineer (BIM & Digital Construction) to join our growing team. In this role, you won’t just be selling software; you will be an advisor to top AEC firms, helping them modernize their workflows through cutting-edge BIM and digital construction technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultative Selling: Identify pain points within the AEC sector and recommend bespoke BIM/Digital Construction software solutions.

  • Technical Showmanship: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) to C-suite and technical leads.

  • Business Development: Proactively hunt for new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

  • Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between the client and our technical delivery team to ensure project success.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends (IDD, VDC, BIM) and competitor movements.

Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in sales or technical consulting within the construction technology or software space.

  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with BIM platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, or Bentley) is highly advantageous.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable "talking shop" with site engineers and "talking ROI" with directors.

  • Mindset: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and genuinely excited about the future of digital construction.
