Job summary

A fast-growing technical sales and service company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for searching new clients, managing existing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Sales Engineer (5 Day / West) 3,300 to 4,500

Responsibilities
  • Search for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
  • Travel to visit potential clients
  • Establish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Calculate & create client quotations
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms
  • Offer after-sales support services
  • Administer client accounts
  • Analysis costs and sales
  • Meet regular sales targets
  • Coordinate sales projects
  • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Help in the design of custom-made products
  • Provide training and produce support material for the sales team
  • Assist Sales team.
  • Sourcing of parts / products.
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.

Required language(s): English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Preferable at least 1 year of work experience

Possess valid driving license
