About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Semiconductor industry. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, promoting both equipment and repair services, and providing technical support to clients. You will work closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions, through new product sales or repair and refurbishment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the Semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries.
  • Promote and sell both Semiconductor equipment and repair/refurbishment services.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs for equipment sales, maintenance, and repair solutions.
  • Deliver product and service presentations to showcase our capabilities and value.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their operations.
  • Provide technical support before, during, and after the sales process, including troubleshooting and consulting on repair services.
  • Collaborate with the service team to coordinate repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing industry, preferably in equipment sales and repair services.
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, maintenance, and repair processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Possesses a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license, with own vehicle preferred.
