Responsibilities:
Sales Admin/ Coordinator
  • Answer phone calls and handle walk-in enquiries
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting arrangements
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document handling
  • Handling documents such invoices, quotation, delivery orders
  • Support daily office operations and coordination
  • Assist customers with enquiries and provide basic information
Project Coordinator:
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as emails, filing, data entry, and document control.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and project-related documentation.
  • Assist Project Engineers and Sales Teams in preparing project schedules, delivery timelines, and installation arrangements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock availability, delivery, and site installation planning.
  • Support HR or management on company events, training coordination, and attendance tracking.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
  • Min GCE 'N'/ 'O' level or equivalent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Candidate with relevant experience will be a plus
  • Entry levels are welcomed as training will be provided
