A leading hotel establishment in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales administrative support professional. This role requires someone with strong customer service skills and competence in sales documentation, with a hospitality management diploma preferred. The candidate will handle sales inquiries, manage databases, and assist in marketing efforts, while providing essential support to the sales team. Work in co-operation with the Sales team and co-ordinates the preparation and issuance of business proposals and contracts, and bookings for guestrooms and/or event venues. Proficient in the application of all sales and catering booking systems and processes to maintain customer profiles. Provide high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, collecting and processing sensitive data and also resolving guest issues.
