  • Prepare documents for orders, shipping, and sales activities.
  • Follow up on special orders and stock availability.
  • Manage PO entries, verify order and invoice accuracy.
  • Liaise with forwarders and negotiate competitive shipping rates.

  • Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and other channels
  • Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely delivery
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, accounts, and technical teams
  • Prepare documents for orders, shipping, and sales activities
  • Follow up on special orders and stock availability
  • Manage PO entries, verify order and invoice accuracy
  • Liaise with forwarders and negotiate competitive shipping rates
  • Track inbound shipments and maintain updated sales records
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
