Qualifications

  • Support outdoor sales team in all related activities.
  • Prepare sales documents such as quotations and contracts.
  • Coordinate with Operations Department for sales orders.
  • Handle customer enquiries and create quotations.
  • Maintain service records and schedule servicing.

Responsibilities
  • Support the outdoor sales team in all sales related activities
  • Prepare sales documents (sales quotation, sales contract, invoice & etc.)
  • Coordinate and liaise with Operation Department pertaining to sales order and after sales supports
  • Support Salesman in handling enquiries from customers including creating quotations.
  • Review compliance documents and raise out any issues that affect the costing or the product quality. E.g. Additional length, bigger fuel tank or specific sound level 1m.
  • Communication with clients & our 3rd party logistic supplier on documents (e.g. building plan) and date for hoisting of generator.
  • Maintain and update sold machine servicing records and arrange for servicing to take place and email service report to customers. Assist service engineer to co-ordinate, plan & schedule servicing.
  • Check with clients on renewal of expiring service contracts or if they need service contract.
  • Check with potential & current clients (from CH base) on new opportunities, conducting a monthly follow up with them (email/phone).
  • Source for and evaluate new vendors (such as piping contractors, movers, logistic, etc) in the pre-sales development phase of project for optimum cost consideration
Requirements
  • Preferably with experience in customer service or sales and marketing function;
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese as need to handle Chinese speaking clients
  • Knowledge in machinery equipment a plus;
  • Product training will be provided;
  • Possess self-confidence, excellent client relationships, negotiation and sales closing technique;
