Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Provide timely responses to both internal teams and external customers
- Ensure all documentation and system records are properly maintained in accordance with standard operating procedures
