This position supports the Contract Logistics Sales and Operations team by managing administrative tasks, processing customer enquiries and orders, and coordinating closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports and sales materials, and providing timely updates to customers and management to uphold service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and manage sales team calendars.
- Order and client management: Process sales orders, track product shipments, manage client databases, and provide clients with timely updates when called for.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, address inquiries, and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting and analysis: Create and maintain sales reports, track performance, and analyze customer data to help optimize sales efforts.
- Sales collateral: Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Inventory and resources: Keep track of product inventory and ensure sales presentation materials are up to date when called for.
- Record maintenance: Keep Dimerco sales database up to date and filter sales leads.
- Perform other assignments or ad-hoc tasks as directed by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a customer service/sales support role.
- Good understanding of contract logistics and warehouse operations processes.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Chinese stakeholders and Mandarin-speaking clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to keep up to date with market trends and global developments affecting the logistics industry.
