Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to sales enquiries to provide accurate information and support customer decision-making
  • Process sales orders, delivery orders, and customer invoicing to ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • Communicate effectively with customers and buyers via email and telephone to maintain positive relationships
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database to support sales tracking and follow-up
  • Provide administrative support to streamline sales processes and improve team efficiency
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall sales operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and manage sales documents and records
