Job summary

A local consulting company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Consultant (Bilingual English & Chinese) to manage sales transactions and provide excellent customer service. Candidates should be fluent in English and Chinese, have proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably possess prior experience in the sales or service industries. The role entails maintaining client relationships and supporting retail operations within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • Singaporean, PR, or eligible to work in Singapore.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written/spoken), translation skills preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or service industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Proactively follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist in daily retail operations, including store maintenance and inventory checks.
  • Translate documents/communications effectively.
  • Support administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
  • Manage the schedule for customer meetings.

Job Title: Sales Consultant (Bilingual English & Chinese)

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Bugis Singapore

Salary Range: SGD $2,500 – $5,500 (commensurate with experience)

Work day and Working Hours
  • Work day is Tuesday to Sunday. Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • There will be 2 weekend off given in a month.
Meal Break
  • 1-hour Lunch break included.
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Proactively follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist in daily retail operations, including store maintenance and inventory checks.
  • Translate documents/communications between English and Chinese as needed.
  • Support administrative tasks using Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Manage the Meeting calender of Teacher’s for customer meeting.
Requirements
  • Singaporean, PR, or eligible to work in Singapore.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written/spoken); translation skills preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or service industries is advantageous.
