Job Scope

• Executes the day-to-day operations of the Korea Artiz Studio Bridal store under the guidance of the sales manager
• Addresses customer service issues in the store and works to resolve all issues following the Grey Zone Guidelines without escalating to the sales manager; if possible, addressing issues in the moment
• Drives achievement of customer service/satisfaction goals and standards
• Achieve designated sales target and maintain customer relationship
