A local company in Singapore is looking for an individual to support the Sales Manager with various sales-related tasks. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing import and export documents, and coordinating deliveries. Other duties include product sample preparation and invoicing. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to handle ad-hoc assignments. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the sales process.
Supporting Sales Manager on paperwork/email relating to sales.
Prepare quotations.
Arrangement of import and export documents and shipment.
Product sample preparation.
Prepare ready mix Concrete mix design for TamSeal Admix.
Prepare product labelling for office.
Monitoring of the product testing schedules.
Walk-in Customer
Co-ordination of delivery
Sales Invoicing
Co-ordinate Pump repair
Prepare COA for Malaysia customers when required.
Other ad-hoc tasks in related to work as assigned by management.
