A leading workforce solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive (B2B) to build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. The role involves developing strong ties with key contacts in purchasing decisions and resolving operational issues with internal teams. Candidates need strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a self-motivated attitude. This is a 1-year renewable contract position, with local and overseas travel required.

Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale Trade

Position Title: Business Development Executive (B2B)

Working Location: Tai Seng (8 minutes walking distance from the MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Insurance + Transport Reimbursement

Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain good relationships with both existing and new customers through different approaches, such as cold calling, sending proposal emails, and meeting customers in person.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key customer contacts who are involved in purchasing decisions.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support a smooth and efficient sales process for customers.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
