What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement & Styling

• Bring warm, energetic vibes to every customer interaction.

• Help women find their perfect activewear fit through genuine conversation and thoughtful styling advice.

• Recommend outfits for yoga, spin, gym, Pilates, and everyday movement.

• Create a lively, welcoming shopping experience.

Product Knowledge & Brand Voice

• Become an expert on Fullout’s global curation of emerging activewear brands.

• Understand women’s activewear needs — support, comfort, performance, and style.

• Share authentic insights from your own fitness interests.

Store Experience & Visual Merchandising

• Keep the store looking fresh, inspiring, and youthfully on-trend.

• Assist with visual merchandising, product displays, and weekly resets.

• Contribute ideas for campaigns, events, and community moments.

Sales & Operations

• Drive sales through excellent service and product expertise.

• Handle POS, restocking, and inventory tasks with care.

• Represent Fullout as part of the widerVelo Velo Groupretail ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• Active in yoga, spin, gym, running, or other movement-based sports.

• Confident, friendly, and naturally great with people.

• Passionate about women’s activewear, global brands, and styling.

• Retail experience is a plus, but personality and drive matter most.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
