A technology solutions provider in Singapore seeks an IT sales professional responsible for lead generation and customer engagement. This role includes comprehensive sales training and focuses on hunting potential customers from various sectors, including government organizations. Ideal candidates will have an IT/business background, experience in business development, and strong analytical skills. The position offers opportunities to work closely with senior sales professionals and gain valuable insights into the industry.

The position is an IT sales professional responsible for finding leads and engaging with customers to offer Procurri’s Solutions/Services. He/ she will be undergoing sales training and will be responsible for focusing on hunting customers and introducing the services that our Company provides. The target customers will be both the channel (VARS, Resellers, System Integrators, MSP’s, and OEMs), end users and government organisations.
Receive training and mentorship from Senior Sales Managers on the sales techniques, customer relationship management system, internal resources, and other tools for prospecting and engaging potential customers
Learn the skills to create targeted prospecting lists, develop effective outbound messages, identify key influencers and decision-makers, and discover opportunities to secure new and additional business
Participate in training sessions focused on technology, sales techniques, and prospecting engagements to deepen understanding of our business and how to identify qualified sales opportunities
Learn the internal processes and understand how different parts of the organization provide support to our internal and external customers
Upon training, prospect for new customers via cold calls, face‑to‑face meetings, conferences, LinkedIn and email marketing
Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies
Sell to VAR / Resellers, Distributors, Outsourcers, and Manufacturers
Present the company value proposition during prospecting
Setup appointments with customers both onsite or via video con‑call
Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations
Diploma/Degree from IT/Computing or Business degree are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
Prior experience in handling government IT Tender
Experience in business development & engagement
Experience in Cloud & GPU/AI related sales
Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience, especially in working with Major OEM IT companies (eg., IBM, HPE, Dell), will be considered for the Account Manager role
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work with minimal supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating work efforts with other employees and organization
Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
Analytical problem‑solving ability
