Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers by delivering exceptional service, providing professional consultation, and assisting with product knowledge, system input, and invoice creation. You will also handle enquiries and complaints professionally, support sales negotiations, and contribute to content creation. Photography and video editing skills will be considered an advantage.
