Responsibilities include managing invoicing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and addressing customer inquiries. The role offers a salary of $2600 per month plus commission, with working hours being Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and operational support.
• Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions, AR, and purchase orders.
• Update internal systems with relevant information to ensure data accuracy.
• Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and vendors.
• Address customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions effectively.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely and efficiently.
• Other ad hoc duties.
