Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role involving accurate data entry for sales orders and customer information within the electronics distribution environment. The ideal applicant should have strong teamwork and communication skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with an office location at Tai Seng. Suitable candidates will be contacted directly.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for sales orders and customer information.
  • Review open orders, obtain order acknowledgements, resolve issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Process new sales orders, coordinate contract review, and follow through until handover to Purchasing.
  • Set up new customer accounts in the system with complete and correct documentation.
  • Obtain pricing, lead-time, and availability information from suppliers and partners.
  • Track and follow up on invoices, delivery orders, PODs, CoCs, and other required shipping/quality documents.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Answer and route customer and internal enquiries professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience working in the electronics / semiconductor / components distribution environment.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn new duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP system.

  • Office location: Tai Seng
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
