Job Summary

Support the sales and export process of motor vehicles by developing customer relationships, preparing sales and export documents, coordinating logistics and customs clearance, and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely and compliant delivery to overseas clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential new customers to expand vehicle sales and export opportunities
• Respond promptly to inquiries from local and overseas clients to support the sales team
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales documents to facilitate customer orders
• Track vehicle availability and coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams
• Prepare and verify export documents including invoices, packing lists, and export permits to ensure compliance
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with logistics partners, shipping agents, and customs brokers
• Ensure all customs clearance documentation meets Singapore regulatory requirements
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation
• Provide basic after-sales support to sustain positive client relationships
• Assist in compiling sales reports and performing administrative tasks to support the sales process
