Job description

The Sales & Marketing Manager will spearhead all sales, marketing, and business development initiatives across the company’s diverse divisions. This role focuses on expanding market reach, building strong client networks, strengthening the brand, and driving growth across all product lines, including printing solutions, custom merchandise, and professional audio systems.

Specific Responsibilities
  1. Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, social platforms and networking activities.
  2. Conduct detailed client needs assessments to recommend suitable printing equipment, merchandise solutions or audio systems.
  3. Prepare and present product demonstrations, quotations and customized proposals.
  4. Monitor stock availability, pricing updates, and supplier information to ensure accurate and timely sales responses.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, installation and post-sales service.
  6. Develop marketing plans and campaigns to promote products such as printing machines, printing supplies, personalized gifts, custom apparel and audio solutions.
  7. Manage and grow the company’s online presence across social media platforms, website and digital channels.
  8. Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches and special campaigns.
  9. Track marketing performance, analyze customer engagement and adjust strategies to improve reach and conversion.
  10. Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline marketing materials.
