The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food safety industry, knowledge of WSQ training standards, and a strong sales background. This role is responsible for driving the growth of our food safety courses by engaging with potential clients, understanding their training needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential customers, including businesses in the F&B industry and other sectors involved with food, such as hospitality, healthcare, education, and food production, to promote WSQ Food Safety courses.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and drive sales growth.
• Assess clients' needs and advise them on the appropriate food safety training solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring clients are supported throughout the decision-making process.
• Handle any post-sales inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive high-quality service.
• Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with our Digital marketing & Marketing team to align on promotions, campaigns, and outreach activities.
