Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Asia Pacific (APAC) marketing operations. This role will work closely with the regional and Southeast Asia (SEA) teams to execute brand initiatives, manage digital assets, support sales enablement, and ensure the smooth coordination of regional events and exhibitions.

The ideal candidate is organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects across diverse markets.

Brand Management & Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the Asia Pacific marketing team to support brand management, regional brand consistency, and brand marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines across APAC markets.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Develop, manage, and execute social media marketing activities for the company’s LinkedIn account.
  • Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the region.
  • Manage and update the Asia Pacific website with relevant and engaging content.
Marketing Materials for SEA
  • Work closely with the Southeast Asia market team to develop, prepare, and localise marketing materials for sales and marketing activities.
  • Support creation of brochures, presentations, promotional assets, and other collateral as needed.
Regional Exhibitions & Events
  • Lead, coordinate, and organise the setup of regional exhibitions in Southeast Asia, including vendor management, booth logistics, and onsite support.
  • Plan and coordinate seminars with external partners, ensuring smooth execution from preparation to post-event activities.
Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team with order processing and coordination to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
  • Support miscellaneous marketing tasks and administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operations of the APAC marketing function.
