Purchasing Executive
Job Scope
  • Source, evaluate, and manage local and overseas suppliers for machine / automated components, materials, OR fabricated parts (metal/sheet plate).
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Monitor project costings, implement cost-saving initiatives, and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, workshop, and assembly teams to ensure on-time project delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on quality, specifications, certifications, and organize training for internal teams when needed.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
Admin / Sales Admin
Job Scope
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders for customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings and coordinating internal communications
  • Provide basic IT support by handling simple technical issues, coordinating with vendors when needed, managing IT assets
  • Update sales records, reports, and customer database.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
