A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Sales Admin to manage sales inquiries, order processing, and coordinate deliveries. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service and be proficient in MS Office. This role requires the ability to work half a day on one Saturday a month, offering a dynamic work environment geared towards team support and customer satisfaction.
Sales Admin @Pioneer Sector
Attend sales enquiries via telephone/calls/emails and follow up enquiries.
Order processing, preparing quotations, invoicing and provide sales team with updates.
Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery.
Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers.
Inventory management and provide operational support to the Sales team
At least 2 year relevant experience in Order processing/Sales/Marketing/Customer Service.
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Ppt/Outlook)
Able to work half a day on one Saturday a month
