We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Admin Executive to support both purchasing and general administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer service functions, including answering inquiries and responding to customer requests.
- Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on matters arising from discussions.
- Manage incoming emails, messages, and calls efficiently.
- Coordinate order deliveries and work closely with the shipping department to track order statuses.
- Collect and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and support decision-making.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Assist the sales team with customer vendor registration and onboarding processes.
- Communicate customer feedback internally to enhance service quality.
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers for quotations, ordering, and goods delivery arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales administrative role.
- Diploma, Polytechnic Diploma, ‘A’ or ‘O’ Levels, or ITE qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Navision.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
