Job summary

A leading staffing solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Sales Support Agent to assist with creating orders and managing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in business or marketing, at least one year of relevant experience, and is self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities. This role involves supporting sales processes and coordinating with the finance team for invoicing matters.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business and/or Marketing related field.
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and meticulous.
  • Willingness to learn and able to multi-task.
  • Able to take initiatives and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders in internal accounting system.
  • Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
  • Support finance team with information needed for invoicing.
  • Track project license and maintenance dates, remind customers for renewals.
  • Help maintain sales team’s processes in CRM system.
  • Assist in execution of sales campaigns as required.
  • Assist Business Development team with customer inquiries.
Job description

  • Assist in creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders in internal accounting system.
  • Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
  • Support finance team with information needed for various invoicing matters.
  • Tracking project license and maintenance dates and reminding customers in advance when renewals are due.
  • Help with maintaining and optimizing sales team’s process including, but not limited to, housekeeping contact records in CRM system, knowledge base, document repository, etc.
  • Assist in execution of various sales campaigns as required by Business Development team.
  • Assist Business Development team with tasks related to customers inquiries such as liaising with suppliers, follow ups, etc.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business and/or Marketing related field.
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and meticulous.
  • Willingness to learn and able to multi-task.
  • Able to take initiatives and work independently with minimal supervision.
