Essential Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities
  • Processing of applications for Hire Purchase
  • Data entry in Hire Purchase software
  • Preparation of documents for Hire Purchase
  • Submission of documents to banks for Hire Purchase
  • Submission of GIRO collection
  • Updating of receipts in system
  • Following up on payments for Hire Purchase
  • Managing and tracking of accounts receivable for Hire Purchase
  • Preparation of installment and debtors reports
Requirements
  • 2 years and above of related working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external customers
  • Highly meticulous with an eye for details
  • Fast worker who can work well under pressure
  • Independent, able to complete own tasks on time and a team player
