Job summary

A hospitality company located in Singapore is seeking an organized individual to support the sales team. Responsibilities include answering client calls, responding to email inquiries, coordinating schedules, maintaining filing systems, and acting as the primary customer service contact. Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls from clients.
  • Replying to email enquiries with standard template.
  • Coordinate sales manager schedules for meeting with clients.
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system.
  • Coordinating with sales manager in filling important documents.
  • Data entry in cater master.
  • Send EDM and proposal.
  • Sending thank you letter/after sales support.
  • Send BEO distribution to relevant department.
  • Send introduction email accordingly to properties.
  • Send emails to clients with regards to appointed Vendors.
  • Sit down with Sales Managers as needed.
  • Act as primary customer service contact for clients.
  • Check prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Prepare weekly forecast and sales report.
  • Preparing clients contracts and filings of sales contract.
  • Perform general duties as required by management.

  • Send EDM and proposal.
  • Sending thank you letter/after sales support.
  • Send BEO distribution to relevant department.
  • Send introduction email accordingly to properties with standard template provided.
  • Send emails to clients with regards to the appointed Vendors information and details.
  • Sit down with Sales Managers as and when needed with their clients.
  • Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our services.
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Prepare weekly forecast and sales report.
  • Preparing clients contracts and filings of sales contract.
  • All adhoc general duties as and when required by the management.
