Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately in the system.

  • Follow up on order status and ensure timely delivery.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly.

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.

  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data.

  • Prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and performance analysis.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance, procurement) to ensure smooth operations.

  • Prepare invoices and follow up on payments with customers.

  • Support sales team with documentation, quotations, and administrative tasks.

  • Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed (e.g., promotions, campaigns).

Requirements
