Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work in Tuas Area
• Have experience in Process and Construction
• Advise PM and Management on safety & risk measures
• Investigate accidents and submit reports to Management and relevant authorities
• Keep record of safety-related incidents and propose corrective action
• Collaborate with PM to monitor safety compliance and identify any safety issues
• Intervene when there are any unsafe activities or operations
• Liaise with and report to official regulatory bodies on OSH matters
• Proven experience as safety coordinator or similar
• In-depth knowledge of OSH guidelines and practices
• Good communication and advisory skills
• Attentive, diligent and cooperative

Requirements

• WHSO Licence (Certified and registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO)
• ECO Licence (Advantage)
• Preferably 2-3 years working experience in a chemical process
• Experiences working with colleagues and workers from different level, nationalities and cultures
• Good communications & interpersonal skills
