Responsibilities

• Identify responsibilities under the WSH Act and educate workers on WSH policies.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Implement HDB safety regulations and submit necessary documents.
• Investigate safety compliance and report dangerous working conditions.
• Visit construction sites to ensure proper safety policy implementation.
• Liaise with external parties for site evaluations.

Job description

• Identify responsibilities under the WSH Act, and interpret WSH policies, procedures, and programs. Educate workers on WSH policies, and procedures. Implement and monitor organization risk management procedures. Implement and monitor participation and consultation for the WSH management system.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow‑up actions to ensure safety compliance. Liaise closely with site operations staff and ProjectManagers on all Workplace Safety and Health issues. Prepare accident reporting and investigations as well as Mass/toolbox meetings & Site safety management programs.
• Implement & Monitoring of HDB safety regulations and submit the necessary documents to HDB.
• Investigates safety compliance, reports on dangerous working conditions and forwards the report and recommendations to senior management for redress.
• Visits construction sites to ensure implementation of the correct safety policies and procedures.
• Liaises with external parties such as government-employed inspectors to facilitate evaluation of sites.
