Job Descriptions:
  • To take charge of the construction job site safety and environmental matters.
  • Identify and assess any foreseeable risk at the construction job site.
  • To recommend measures to eliminate and foreseeable risk at construction job site.
  • To recommend safe work procedures to control risk at construction job site.
  • To lead safety and site inspections to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • To lead periodic environmental inspections.
  • To check and ensure that the sub-contractors and workers are complying to safety procedures and requirements set.
  • Responsible for investigation of site incidents/accidents.
  • To plan and conduct safety trainings for workers.
  • To ensure proper housekeeping is in place for safe and tidy job sites.
  • To assist Project Manager in implementation of ad-hoc Safety related matters on site.
Job Requirements:
  • Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM.
  • Registered Environmental Control Officer with NEA.
  • At least 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
