Qualifications

Key responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in planning and executing scheduled maintenance tasks.

• Lead and supervise skilled and general workers in maintenance activities.

• Perform maintenance and overhaul of rotating equipment.

• Respond promptly to urgent/emergency work, including after hours.

• Plan and execute overhaul inspections with manpower allocation and risk assessments.

• Prepare reports and records for major overhauls and repairs.

• Conduct dye penetrant testing (DPT).

• Lead toolbox meetings before maintenance work begins.

• Support upkeep and MOM inspections of lifting gear.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Minimum O-Level in Science or equivalent.

• At least 6 years of hands-on and supervisory experience in rotating equipment maintenance.

• Holder of Minimum CoC in Machine Fitting from LIUP.

• Experienced in lifting, transporting, and overhauling rotating equipment.

• Skilled in designing special tools for overhaul tasks.

• Certified in Lifting Supervision and Work-at-Height.

• Possess valid Class 3, Complex Driving, and MPA Forklift licenses.

• Strong ability to perform equipment alignment independently.
