A leading robotics technology firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with Singapore's accounting standards and GST regulations. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience and a degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in robotics or automation.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts and perform month-end closing.
• Process supplier invoices and staff claims.
• Issue sales invoices and monitor customer payments.
• Prepare and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support annual financial audits and ensure compliance.
