RPA Bot Developer (1-Year Contract)

Location: West Singapore
Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)

Industry: Government / Public Sector
Working Hours: 5 days/week
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000/month

About the Role

We’re hiring an RPA Bot Developer to automate and improve business processes using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, and Excel Macros.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business processes with stakeholders
• Design and develop RPA bots and Excel macros
• Test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues
• Document technical details and create user guides
• Support UAT and change management
• Train and assist citizen developers
• Improve existing macro programs and support innovation efforts

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Certified and experienced in RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
• Skilled in Excel Macros, QlikSense, Power BI
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and process mapping tools
• Strong coding and debugging skills
• Able to work in fast-paced sprint cycles
