About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Leader / Store Manager to take full ownership of daily store operations, team management, and sales performance. This role is not just supervisory—you will be responsible for driving results, building a strong team culture, and ensuring operational excellence.

This position is ideal for someone who has real hands‑on management experience, understands retail KPIs, and can lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
  • Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, SOP compliance, and store presentation
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and loss prevention
  • Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and cleanliness
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales staff and technicians
  • Set clear performance targets and conduct regular coaching and reviews
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline professionally
  • Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture
Sales & Performance
  • Drive store sales targets, conversion rates, and average order value
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches effectivelyHandle escalated customer issues with professionalism
Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and staff performance reports
  • Coordinate with management on pricing, promotions, and stock replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Manager / Retail Leader
  • Proven track record in managing a team and hitting sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable with numbers, reports, and KPIs
  • 6-days work week
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Advantage)
  • Experience in motorcycle industry
  • Experience managing commission‑based sales teams
  • Familiar with POS systems and inventory management software
  • Able to train new staff and build SOPs
  • Experience opening or scaling a retail outlet is a plus
