💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & support retail staff daily
• Train new team members & develop skills
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Manage store opening/closing & maintain standards
• Monitor stock & coordinate with inventory team
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Support Store Manager to hit sales targets

✅Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in retail/business a plus)
• Retail experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Customer-focused, proactive & organized
• Flexible for weekends & public holidays
• Familiar with EPOS systems & retail software

⏰Working Hours:

• AMK : 5-Day (11:00 AM–9:00 PM, 2-hr break) / 6-Day option available

• $10/hour, $12/hour on public holidays
• Minimum 3 days/week
