A wellness retail company in Singapore is seeking a Sales / Wellness Consultant to manage store operations, achieve sales targets, and provide health advice to customers. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in health and wellness or retail sales, possess N-level/O-level education, and be able to work under pressure. Opportunities for salary increments and career advancement are available.
Working Days: 5 days (need work on weekends/ Public Holidays)
Location: Ang Mo Kio Hub // NEX // Plaza Sing
Salary: $2000-$3000
Others: Attendance Allowance + Sales Incentive + Quarterly/Annual Incentives
1. Store Operations: Responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to product sales, customer service, product display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping;
2. Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis as planned by the company;
3. Product Sales: Carry out daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers, and provide basic health advice;
4. Customer Outreach: Use various methods such as in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online marketing to reach out to and maintain both new and existing customers;
5. Customer Service: Build and maintain customer management systems, improve customer satisfaction, and develop long-term clients.

底薪资范围: $2000 – $3000

1、连锁门店日常营运:包括但不限产品销售、客户服务、产品陈列、库存点算、行政记录等;
2、任务指标:按公司规划要求完成年度、季度、月的个人销售业绩目标、团队销售业绩目标;
3、产品销售:执行日常门店销售,向顾客介绍产品、推广产品、提供基础健康建议。
4、通过驻店销售、电话或者 Whatsapp、网络营销等任何销售方式推广、发展、联系潜在客户与老客户;
5、客户服务:做好客户管理体系、提升客户满意度、做好客户深度开发,让客户变成长久客户、大客户;
