Working Hours

Full-Time, 6-day work week

Salary Range

Basic $1600 to $2200 per month, plus overtime, commission, and $300 monthly allowance

Responsibilities

• Perform retail sales and stock-taking duties in department stores or outlets
• Handle daily store opening and closing routines
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store environment
• Ensure accurate product display and price tagging
• Provide after-sales support including exchanges, refunds, and repair services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Replenish inventory when necessary
• Perform basic administrative tasks as part of daily operations
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Share feedback and updates with the store supervisor
• Support any additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales is required
• Training will be provided
• Confident, independent, and strong communication skills
• Willing and able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu provided)
• Must be able to work full day shifts (weekday shifts are 7 hours, weekend shifts are 8 to 10 hours)
• Experience in luggage sales is an added advantage
