A leading bedding manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a Promoter to provide customer support and assist in the sales process. You will promote the brand, ensure customer satisfaction, and educate shoppers about products. This role offers training and is situated in major malls across Singapore. Retail experience is an advantage. Basic salary plus commission is offered.

Job description

Our client is one of the world's leading bedding manufacturers and is headquartered in Singapore for its SEA operation. The role of the promoter is to provide customer support and assist in the sales process within the retail outlet located in major malls across the island.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's brand and merchandize
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers are satisfied with the overall purchase experience
• Educate shoppers on the unique selling points of our merchandize
• Ensure merchandize on shelf is kept neat and tidy
• Fulfill sales responsibilities
• Keep in touch with HQ for updates

Requirements

• Minimum O or N levels
• Must be conversant in English with shoppers
• Experience in retail will be advantageous but not necessary

Additional Information

• Training will be provided
• 6 day work week
• Shopping mall retail hours - Jurong West and Central Singapore
• Basic + Commission
