RetailOperations Executive - Luxury Retail (Permanent)

Location: Singapore
Reports to: Retail Operation Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Commercial Operations Executive to support the Southeast Asia business operations. This role is key in ensuring operational excellence, supporting commercial initiatives, and driving profitability across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced retail or luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
  • Oversee and support day‑to‑day regional operations to meet annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including sales, inventory, and KPIs.
  • Maintain and update client and sales databases to ensure accuracy and support business growth.
  • Partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to implement activations and CRM initiatives that strengthen brand presence.
Commercial Support
  • Manage commercial documentation, including agreements, terms & conditions, and performance summaries.
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and analyses to support management decisions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and cost monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end operational execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail, commercial, or franchise operations (fashion or luxury background preferred).
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or retail management systems is an advantage.
