BoConcept is a globally recognised Danish furniture brand, known for timeless design, intelligent functionality, and urban living solutions. As BoConcept Singapore enters a new chapter under new management, we are looking for a Retail Manager / Showroom Manager to take full ownership of our showroom operations and performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the retail floor, understands premium customers, and knows how to turn a beautiful showroom into a high-performing business.
As Retail Manager / Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, operations, and day-to-day management of the showroom. You will lead from the front — managing sales, people, customers, and processes — while ensuring the showroom delivers a consistent, premium brand experience.
Own and deliver showroom sales targets and KPIs
Actively participate in sales, customer consultations, and deal closures
Monitor sales performance, conversion, and pipeline on a daily basis
Implement initiatives to improve revenue, productivity, and customer outcomes
Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations, including opening/closing procedures
Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, hygiene, and visual merchandising
Oversee stock coordination, order follow-ups, and operational workflows
Ensure compliance with company policies, mall requirements, and operational standards
Set and uphold excellence in customer service and consultative selling
Handle escalations, special requests, and high-value customer interactions
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom team to achieve individual and store targets
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance
Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team culture
Represent BoConcept’s Danish design values with professionalism and confidence
Ensure the showroom consistently reflects the brand’s positioning and standards
Stay current on product knowledge, collections, and design solutions
You are likely a strong fit if you:
Have experience as a Retail Manager, Showroom Manager, Store Manager, or Senior Sales Leader
Are commercially driven and comfortable owning sales targets
Enjoy being hands-on on the retail floor, not just managing from behind a desk
Have strong people management and communication skills
Appreciate premium brands, design, and customer-centric retail
Are organised, accountable, and execution-focused
Experience in furniture, interiors, lifestyle, luxury retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
