Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the pawnshop, gaining practical experience across various functional areas.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with transactions, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, pricing, and merchandising products.
• Learn and apply the basics of item evaluation and appraisal under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to industry standards and internal controls.
