About the role

d'skin Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in the Seletar North-East Region. As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional front-office support and creating a warm and welcoming environment. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills within a dynamic, growing company.

What you'll be doing
  • Greeting and welcoming all clients in a friendly and professional manner

  • Handling incoming calls, emails and messages, and providing prompt and courteous responses

  • Scheduling and managing appointments, and ensuring the reception area is well‑organised and presentable

  • Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Assisting with other ad‑hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office
