Job description

Working time: 9AM to 6PM

Working day: 5.5 work day per week

Location: 5 minutes’ walk from Chinatown MRT Station; 2 minutes from Maxwell MRT and Maxwell Food Center. Just beside the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, and Singapore largest hawker center Chinatown Complex.

Environment: Multinational tourist working environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate daily sales records.
  • Managing day-to-day store operations.
  • Delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Handle tourist customer inquiries and promote in store products effectively.
  • Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
  • Oversee in-store consignment inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
  • Address tourist customer feedback and provide great sales service experience.
  • Ensure the retail store is clean and well-organized.
  • Conduct tourist customer satisfaction surveys when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and marketing event assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Able to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Prefer bilingual English and Chinese speaking.
  • No quota for foreign applicant who require a work pass.
