Qualifications

• Min N-Level or equivalent.
• Min 1 year of retail sales experience is required.
• Comfortable with sales targets / Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• A good team player and self-driven attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable to work retail and shift hours.
• Comfortable to handle liquor and tobacco products.
• Must be 21 years old and above as per Tobacco Act.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers to promote products, apply upselling techniques, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Deliver first-class service, communicate promotions clearly, and create a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is presented according to visual guidelines.
• Use Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process all payments accurately, including cash reconciliation at shift end.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Retail Associate

Location: Changi Airport

Working Hours: Rotating shift between 0600 and 0100 (FT) and 0700 and 2300 (PT)

Full-Time Shift: 9.5 hours including 1 hour unpaid break, 42.5 hours per week

Part-Time Shift: 9.5 hours including 1 hour unpaid break, min 5 days a week (Min 2 months commitment)

Salary: 2k - 2.5k (Part-time: 13/hour)
