Job Summary

Working Location: Near TaiSeng MRT

Working Days: Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday (depending on schedule)

Working hours: 11am – 6pm

Pay: $12 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly and knowledgeable customer service to create positive shopping experiences for customers
  • Assist with product displays and merchandise to improve store presentation and attract customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle electronic payments securely
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to support store standards
  • Collaborate with store team members to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support smooth store operations
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
  • Completed Secondary School, ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level, Advance Certificate/Diploma in any field
  • Demonstrated passion, commitment, and a sales-driven attitude
  • Preferably 1-2 years of retail sales experience
